OVERVIEW: Ewa Plain - originally this was a plantation town with
housing for plantation workers. In 1988 Ewa-Gentry started the housing
project with the "Soda Creek" single family homes. Today there are

New homes are still available at affordable prices for first time homeowners
and investors. The only challenge is that the commute, but plans to build a
light rail from Kapolei to Honolulu
are underway to alleviate traffic.

Ko Olina Resorts - there are four man-made lagoons and miles of
white sandy beach for residents and guests usage. Currently the Ihilani
Marriot Resort is the main attraction, though additional hotels are being
built.
